# Curriculum changelog

AI search changes quickly, so this course changes with it. Every material revision is dated here. Current curriculum version: **1.0**, published September 2026.

1.  September 18, 2026 Version 1.0 Publication
    
    -   check\_circle All 8 lessons published, from retrieval mechanics through to next steps.
    -   check\_circle The 90-day checklist published with month-by-month task groups and a definition of done for each item.
    -   check\_circle The 10-term glossary published, with each term linking to its fuller entry on aiseocourse.wiki.
    -   check\_circle 30 supporting guides published across the eight lessons.
    -   check\_circle Editorial policy published, setting the sourcing and review standard for everything on the site.
2.  September 4, 2026 Version 0.9 Curriculum lock
    
    -   check\_circle Lesson order fixed at eight, with Lessons 1, 2 and 4 carrying the most supporting guides after review of which questions came up most in LocusPilot builds.
    -   check\_circle Measurement material moved out of Lesson 1 and given its own lesson, because readers kept asking how to tell whether the work landed.
    -   check\_circle Cost and tooling comparisons dropped from scope: the course is foundation level and free, and pricing advice dates fast.

## Scheduled for review

-   schedule Monthly review of crawler user agents and platform feedback routes named in Lessons 5 and 7.
-   schedule Re-run of the prompt test described in Lesson 7 each quarter, with the observation window dated in the lesson.
-   schedule Review of the engine comparison guide, which is the page most likely to date.
