1. Who we are
AiSeoCourse.net ("we", "us", "our") is a free educational website published by LocusPilot. It teaches local business owners and SEO practitioners how AI search finds, reads and cites local businesses. You can reach us at hello@aiseocourse.net.
2. What we do not collect
There is no account system on this site, no paywall and no email gate. You do not need to register to read any lesson, guide, the checklist or the glossary. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run a marketing mailing list built from readers of this site.
3. What we do collect
- Contact form submissions. If you use the form on the contact page, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, plus the page URL the form was submitted from. The form is processed by LocusPilot's lead-capture service, which forwards the message to us by email.
- Email you send us. If you email us directly, we hold that message so we can reply and, where relevant, act on a correction.
- Standard technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability.
- Analytics, if enabled. If a tag manager or analytics tool is active on this site, it may set cookies and record aggregate usage such as pages viewed and referring source. We use this to understand which lessons are read, not to identify individuals.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your message or question.
- To investigate and fix a correction you report.
- To understand which parts of the course are useful, in aggregate.
- To keep the site available and protect it from abuse.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site: our hosting provider, the LocusPilot lead-capture service that delivers contact form messages, and any analytics provider in use. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
6. How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted. Server logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule. Aggregate analytics do not identify you and are kept in summary form.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
- Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it.

8. Cookies
The site works without cookies for reading. Cookies may be set by an analytics or tag manager script if one is active. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the lessons will still work.
9. External links
Lessons link to third-party sites, including Google documentation, LocusPilot, aiseocourse.wiki and the AI SEO Rainmakers community on Skool. The Rainmakers link is a referral link, disclosed on the pages where it appears. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.
10. Children
This site is aimed at business owners and practitioners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes are noted on the changelog.
